Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours notice via phone call or text if you need to reschedule a service; 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule groups or services of three or more.

In order to create an appointment you must have a credit card on file. Cancellations or reschedules that are less than 24 hours will be charged 50% scheduled service cost. No call, no shows will be charged 100%. NO CANCELLATIONS WILL BE TAKEN OVER EMAIL.

Payment

We accept cash, NailChíc gift cards/Chic Cash, and all major credit cards. When paying with a credit card, a $2.00 fee will be charged. Please note, we do not accept gratuity on credit cards or gift cards. Gratuity is only acceptable in cash or Venmo. Gratuity is no longer accepted in personal checks.
