If you wish to add on any services such as intricate nail art or a hand massage, PLEASE mention it in your booking note and include it as an ADD ON when booking.

NOTE: Your appointment is not confirmed until you receive a text and/or email stating that your appointment request has been approved by NailChíc.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule a service; 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule groups or services of three or more.

In order to create an appointment you must have a credit card on file. Cancellations or reschedules that are less than 24 hours will be charged 50% scheduled service cost. No call, no shows will be charged 100%. CANCELLATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED OVER EMAIL.

TIPPING POLICY

Tips cannot be put on credit or debit cards. All tips must be in the form of Cash or Venmo, CASH APP, ZELLE
